My mom came to hospital with fall and they transfer to WHH instead of sending to sollihull where we lives. Mom was chair bound and from previous hospital they said if she went to rehab she may able to walk and my mom didn't get any proper treatment in WHH and she still same and d/c .

Every thing should change from matron to the last bit of people who works there

I was admitted after fall and i was bed bound. I got the best care and treatment from ward 14 therapy team and nursing staff. At the time of discharge i can walk with the help of walker

Yes, My discharge was too quick. I think if i am there few more weeks i will be walking with less effort

Wonderful, caring staff who paid so much attention to the patients needs & preferences no matter how small. My Dad was looked after so well by the nurses and hca’s who treated him with such respect and empathy. Dad was given showers every day by Sam which made such a difference to Dads wellbeing and comfort and nurse Gaynor was also especially caring & very kind. The staff really were so patient and friendly, not only to patients but also to family and visitors. I can’t thank them enough for giving us the peace of mind that Dad was really cared for and in expert hands. Thank you to all of you.

My mom came for rehabilitation on ward 14. The physiotherapist and occupational therapist did the best for my mom. My mom came with difficulties in walking and went home walking with aids. They supported the discharge very much. The nursing staff was also kind and helpful, too

Food need to improve and some of the ward staff especially in colour dress behaviour to improve

I was admitted in Ward 14. All the staff were friendly and caring, especially the therapy team. I think the therapy team is best at Weat Health Hospital

Lunch and evening meals are service two early for me.
